Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Reception
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming mail and messages
    • Provide information and assistance to clients, visitors, and staff members
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
    • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and materials
  • Document Management
    • Receive, sort, and distribute documents, packages, and mail
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents and packages
  • Travel and Accommodations
    • Make travel and hotel arrangements for clients and staff members
    • Coordinate and manage travel itineraries and schedules
  • Time Management
    • Submit accurate and timely timesheets
    • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
