We are looking for an experienced Construction Director to lead the delivery of high-end residential and hospitality projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing large-scale construction projects, with a deep understanding of FIDIC contracts and international construction standards.

About This Opportunity:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project strategies to optimize resources, manage risks, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. 20+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the UAE.
  3. Proven expertise in FIDIC contracts and international construction standards.
