Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and protocols for commercial building projects.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify deviations from quality standards and propose corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and ensure project timelines are met.
  4. Review project documentation and drawings to verify compliance with design requirements and quality standards.
  5. Provide training and guidance to junior QA/QC staff to enhance overall quality performance on projects.
Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a QA/QC Engineer on commercial building projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certifications in quality control/quality assurance are a plus.
