ClearGrid is seeking a skilled AI Model Tuning & Prompt Engineer to enhance AI-driven workflows, improve response accuracy, and build scalable AI solutions for financial services. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to push the boundaries of LLM fine-tuning, high-velocity prompting, and AI performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Tune, optimize, and fine-tune LLMs to improve accuracy, relevance, and efficiency in debt resolution workflows.
  • Develop and refine high-velocity prompts to optimize model responses for various financial scenarios.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to train models, analyze outputs, and iterate quickly.
  • Experiment with parameter tuning, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and token efficiency.
  • Implement guardrails and prompt engineering techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve model reliability.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to deploy and monitor AI-driven automation.
  • Stay ahead of advancements in AI models, NLP techniques, and fine-tuning frameworks.
