About the Role

Sigma Earth is a leading organization in the field of environmental sustainability. We are currently seeking an EHS Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our EHS department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS programs across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • EHS Performance & Compliance:
    • You will ensure compliance with regulations and company policies through regular inspections, audits, and reviews of safe work practices.
    • You will track EHS performance metrics and oversee the execution of annual improvement plans.
  • Risk Assessment & Incident Management:
    • You will conduct workplace risk and exposure assessments for various hazards, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • You will support incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Training & Regulatory Compliance:
    • You will develop and deliver EHS training programs to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Company Culture & Values:
    • You will uphold and embody Sigma Earth's culture and values in all EHS-related activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in EHS regulations.
  • OR Master's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Industrial Hygiene, and 3+ years of experience in EHS regulations.
  • OR equivalent industry experience.
