Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement innovative digital products that meet customer needs.
- Work closely with business sponsors to identify key pain points and design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver digital solutions.
- Gather insights from customers and users to inform product development decisions.
- Manage expectations with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Contribute to driving business growth and innovation through expertise.
- 5+ years of total experience including 3+ years of experience in product development and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand.
