We are looking for a talented Senior HR RPA Developer to help us automate and optimize HR processes at Tabby. This role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on employee experience by reducing HR bottlenecks and improving operational efficiency.

  • You will develop RPA bots and automation scripts to handle repetitive HR tasks (onboarding, payroll updates, employee record management, compliance tracking, etc.).
  • Integration of disparate HR systems (HRIS, ATS, Performance Management) via APIs, RPA, or other automation frameworks will be another key responsibility.
  • You will also enhance data accuracy by implementing automated validation, audit trails, and error detection workflows.
  • Development of self-service solutions (chatbots, automated workflows, or dashboards) to improve HR's ability to support employees without manual intervention will be crucial.
  • Collaboration with HR, IT, and business teams to identify pain points, optimize workflows, and deploy scalable automation solutions will be essential.
