Front Desk Ambassador

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Estemarat Group in Dubai.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Utilize hotel management software to manage reservations, room assignments, and billing.
- Handle phone calls and other guest communications efficiently.
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Process payments and manage cash or card transactions securely.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is an asset.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is desirable.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
