  • Act as brand ambassador to facilitate talent attraction

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and retention
  • Manage and resolve ER issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Apply sophisticated knowledge of employment and exercise good judgement to solve conflicts

HR Operations:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day HR operations and management of employees to reduce legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance
