This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Employee Engagement Specialist to join our organization and play a key role in enhancing employee satisfaction and well-being.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being. Conduct surveys, one-on-one meetings, and team discussions to assess workplace morale.
- Create and execute corporate engagement activities, including themed events, team-building exercises, and rewards programs.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to develop and execute an annual engagement calendar.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Employee satisfaction score from surveys (80% and above)
- Accuracy of employee data in HRMS (Error-free records)
- Timely response to employee queries (Response within 24 hours)
