Job Description
As an Account Executive at Seek Teachers, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored marketing strategies to meet those needs. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and developing new business opportunities to grow the client base. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction with our cloud offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on cloud computing best practices and technology trends.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and product teams, to ensure client success and satisfaction with our cloud offerings.
  • Presentation Skills: Lead client presentations and discussions to drive adoption and usage of cloud services, educate clients on new cloud-related products and services, and respond to client inquiries and requests.
  • Metric Tracking: Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue and customer satisfaction, and use this information to drive continuous improvement.
