We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Process Engineer to lead our water projects across the Middle East region.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise on water infrastructure and SWRO desalination projects.
Main Responsibilities- Treatment Practice Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on treatment practice leadership for ISMA (water/wastewater treatment, and SWRO desalination).
- Technical Delivery: Oversee the technical delivery of water infrastructure projects in ISMA, and globally as required.
- Resource Management: Work closely with water team leader and sector leaders to manage resources, allocate tasks, and develop skills.
- Client Engagement: Support Account Leaders in engaging with Clients from decision to capture through to bid submission and delivery.
- Bid Management: Lead bid management/submission processes including assembling bid management teams, financial modelling, and evaluating project risk.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in water/wastewater treatment with a focus on desalination projects
- Expertise in water/wastewater treatment technologies and trends
- Proven ability to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for clients
