  • Perform post-installation tests to verify that new network equipment is functioning as expected and meets performance standards.
  • Monitor network performance in real-time and proactively identify potential issues to prevent network downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve network performance and ensure that our clients' networks remain competitive.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on network performance and address any concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation of drive test results to ensure that network performance data is readily available for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Drive Test Engineer in the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience with drive test equipment and software, such as TEMS, Nemo, or SwissQual.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless technologies, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
  • Familiarity with network optimization and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to travel for work assignments as required.
