About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team, who will be responsible for leading landscape design projects and contributing to the practice strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the complex needs of customers and markets, and be able to develop innovative design processes and methodologies for project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative design processes and methodologies for project delivery.
- Lead landscape design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Contribute to the development of project outcomes and coordinate teams to effectively manage project delivery and resourcing.
- Prepare deployment plans, take ownership of deliverable structure and content, and lead client meetings.
Requirements:
We require a minimum of 12 years of experience in Landscape Architecture, with a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture preferred. Professional membership, such as ASLA Chartership, Landscape Institute, CSLA, AILA, SILA, IFLA, or equivalent, is also desired. You should have expertise in parametric modeling, BIM, and project management, and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
