Transformation Strategy Leader

We are seeking a Transformation Strategy Leader to join our team at KBR, Inc. who will lead and manage change management strategy and roadmap by adopting a comprehensive approach of change management activities modified for the Autonomous Operation Program.

The ideal candidate will facilitate seamless transitions for employees' daily work involves major shifts in mindset, processes, and technology, and will oversee and realize business value, and establish a strong foundation for identifying the right interventions, taking action and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, excellent knowledge of technical software applications & workflows, and proficient in English.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent discipline along with a Master's in Business Administration, Organization development.
  • 5-6 years' experience within the domain, including experience in Oil & Gas providing organizational development and internal consultation in a complex organization.
  • Certification in Change Management such as Prosci, ACMP or equivalent.
