About the Role
This position requires a strong track record of managing high-profile infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of road networks, access ramps, and related infrastructure, as well as supervising the construction and quality control of bridges and other key structural components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Supervision:
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address challenges and optimize solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Utilities and Infrastructure Integration:
    • Lead the integration of utilities infrastructure, ensuring seamless urban connectivity.
    • Collaborate with RTA and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to address technical issues and minimize project disruptions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the contractor, developer, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide progress updates and technical reports to the project management team.
    • Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure adherence to engineering standards, specifications, and best practices.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress and compliance with designs.
