We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Policy Strategist to join our team at Michael Page.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare policy and a proven track record of delivering strategic projects for public sector clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing healthcare policies and procedures to measure departmental performance
  • Staying up-to-date on emerging trends in the healthcare sector and leveraging insights to inform strategy
  • Identifying key stakeholders across government entities to accelerate progress and achieve desired outcomes

The ideal candidate will be a UAE national with a strong understanding of healthcare system operations in the Middle East.
