The Emiratisation Business Partner guides the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire division in line with company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create a continuous improvement environment for HR Activities within the Business Unit.
- Ensure new Emirate employees are properly inducted into the business and provided support to become productive quickly.
- Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions.
- Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve performance or assist with exit from the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sound and energetic communication skills.
- High standard of personal organisation and responsibility.
- Potential to break new ground to foster our Emirates.
- Degree qualification in HR or Administration or extensive experience.
- Business knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
