Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide management with definitive financial data and advice for their use in setting and realizing profit objectives.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Participate in strategic planning and budget development, providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies, monitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Identify and evaluate potential areas of financial risk and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Track key financial and operational metrics, develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights to management.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
- Professional qualification (CFA, CA, CPA, CIMA, MBA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- 810 years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience in the Education and Real Estate Development industries.
- Indepth understanding of IFRS, Corporate Tax, and VAT regulations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Experience on tools such as PowerBI and excellent presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal daily supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
