- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management practices are in place.
- Warehousing and Distribution: Oversee the operation of warehouses and distribution centers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics management role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices, in-depth knowledge of warehousing and distribution operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong asset.
- Driver's License: A valid UAE driver's license is a strong asset.
