Main Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to guarantee consistency in food and beverage presentation and service.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise during meals or events.
  • Ensure a spotless and well-organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen and Beverage Department to ensure smooth daily operations and quality control.
  • Manage cash handling duties, accurately processing transactions and controlling inventory.
  • Support event planning and execution, coordinating logistics and interacting with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, guiding team members during peak periods and promoting a positive work culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B Operations, preferably in a high-end hotel setting.
  • Deep understanding of food and beverage principles, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication abilities.
  • Fluent English language skills in both written and spoken forms.
  • A dynamic personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
