**Job Description:** As a Senior Legal Advisor in our International Banking division, you will play a pivotal role in advising on all core transactional finance work across the bank. Key areas of expertise include:

  • LMA syndicated loans (project finance, hospitality, healthcare, shipping, commodities).
  • Security perfection in various jurisdictions (UK, BVI, Cayman, Singapore).
  • ISDA and GMRA standard agreements negotiation.
  • Loans to Financial institutions in different jurisdictions.
  • Hedging linked to lending, knowing hedging provisions in LMA documentation.
  • Experience in Hedging / Capital Markets / Derivatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Prior experience working within an international law firm or international banking environment.
  • Strong institutional banking skills, covering loans, refinancing, capital markets, and diverse finance sectors.
  • Regional exposure will be beneficial, although not necessary at this time.
  • Arabic language skills are highly valued but not essential.
