Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management: Design and implement efficient systems for payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Record Maintenance: Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and department/division transfers.
  • Payroll Processing: Direct the production and issuance of electronic transfers to bank accounts, ensuring timely payments to employees.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages, providing valuable insights for management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a large and complex payroll environment with high-volume transactions.
  • Culture Fit: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
