Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Prepare and present product visions and proposals to our leadership team, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and prioritizing team focus and priorities.
  • Customer Insights: Gain an in-depth understanding of our customers and users, gathering key insights that shape our digital experience.
  • Relationship Management: Manage expectations with business sponsors and company executives, as well as cross-functional relationships with an emphasis on decision-making over consensus.
  • Product Development: Lead design and development teams to deliver high-profile digital solutions and products, defining minimum viable products (MVPs), managing product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scoping to achieve rapid feedback cycles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years of experience in product development and marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
  • Skills: Deep experience in digital product development and marketing, knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes, and expertise across all areas of digital acquisition marketing.
