The professional will reduce loss, minimize risks, and follow the Loss Prevention best practices, SOPs, processes, and policies as set for the function. They will plan and execute scheduled store audits for each financial year, communicate retail audit findings, and discuss them with the direct Line Manager of the audited store.
The Asset Protection Professional will maintain a database of recoveries linked to both internal and external investigations, execute all major investigations, and complete spot checks. They will ensure compliance with company policies and conduct in-store training for staff and management.
