- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Analyze cost variances and identify trends.
- Collaborate with procurement teams.
- Implement robust cost control procedures.
- Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of bid submissions and proposals.
- Coordinate with project teams.
- Proven experience in road and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with the construction methodology, process & sequence of work.
- Determining key variables for cost and other estimates.
- Good relationships with key vendors.
- Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
- Gather first-hand information from sites and market.
- Experience/knowledge to conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production, etc.
- Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors.
- Perform risk analysis.
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
- Proficient in relevant software CAD and CANDY or similar software.
