To provide evidence-based and competency-based clinical education, training, and assessment for undergraduate Health Sciences students under the supervision of an HCT Faculty. This experiential learning environment is designed to equip students with practical skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical education programs that align with HCT's academic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with placement preceptors to ensure seamless integration of theoretical and practical knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of clinical teaching and assessment practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience in their specialized discipline.
- Hold a valid licensure from the country of qualification and/or be eligible to obtain one in the UAE.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Clinical teaching experience in the specialized discipline.
- Experience of working with high fidelity simulation equipment is recommended.
