About The Job

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and planning the maintenance activities of plant assets to ensure integrity, operational safety, reliability, and availability. You will evaluate and coordinate the availability of resources required for maintenance activities.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Schedule, control, and supervise day-to-day routine maintenance planning activities to ensure effective implementation.
  2. Supervise and ensure that deliverables are accomplished efficiently in the most productive and cost-effective manner.
  3. Monitor and ensure that work orders are prioritized based on scheduling, resource availability, and timely updates of actual man hours and failure reports.
  4. Review and arrange additional resource requirements for maintenance jobs and ensure the availability of materials required for planned jobs.
  5. Coordinate with all maintenance planning engineers and planners to ensure achievement of related KPI targets.
  6. Issue on-call schedules to ensure the availability of required manpower during weekends, holidays, and off hours for maintenance.
  7. Review and update periodical progress reports issued by maintenance to keep top management informed about the progress of all initiatives and facilitate decision-making.
  8. Coordinate the maintenance monthly management meeting, prepare, and issue MOM, and follow up with section/department heads on necessary actions as stipulated in the MOM.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.

Minimum Experience: At least 8 years of experience in plant maintenance scheduling and planning within a large industrial organization, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
