Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Clinical Revenue Management Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve revenue cycle performance across our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, preferably in a healthcare environment, and possess strong analytical skills, as well as proficiency in PCs, spreadsheets, and other databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct the implementation of business planning policy, procedures, and tracking.
- Define the overall revenue cycle strategy for CCAD in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Provide governance and integration of Revenue Cycle functions, including Patient Access, Contact Center, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Health Information Management, Coding, and Patient Financial Services.
- Develop and monitor new KPIs for presentation and review by Senior Leadership.
- Enhance and develop revenue cycle centralization across CCAD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of finance experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in PCs, spreadsheets, and other databases.
