  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as an AC technician (home country experience acceptable).

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to HVAC systems, including both mechanical and electrical aspects.

  • Client Communication: Effective communication skills to explain issues and repairs to clients.
