The role will focus on direct, fund, co-investment and platform investments in assets across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and asset management
- Develop and analyze financial models to inform investment decisions
- Lead certain workstreams, including diligence processes, and serve as the primary point of contact for industry experts, management teams, and investment partners
- Collaborate with top-tier asset managers and private equity funds on co-investment opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in real estate private equity or operating partners, ideally in the Americas
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier university
- Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
