Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team at KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies and plans for all phases of the Feed Design EPCM project, with key focus areas around Design Assurance.
  • Implementation of a Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements.
  • Manage the delivery of quality objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members.
  • Preparation and implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
  • Lead the implementation of the project quality requirements in accordance with the PQP and contract.
  • Ensure all project team members at all locations are aware of the PQP and meet its requirements.
  • Implement and manage the Risk Based Audit Program to monitor adherence and identify improvement to the PQMS, to include supplier and subcontractors' audits as required.
  • Monitor and independently report to the Project Manager on the effectiveness of the PQMS.
  • Identify and resolve deviations from project requirements and ensure that systems and procedures are established to avoid recurrence.
  • Monitor the application and effectiveness of the PQMS and provide recommendations for the management review.
  • Establish and report on project quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the project quality induction program.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
  • Lead quality training and awareness programs for project team members.
