We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Communications Department and drive our content management strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic role in developing a consistent tone of voice and unified brand identity across all our channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for all CBUAE verticals, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and international standards.
  2. Lead the development of external communications strategies for subsidiaries and national committees chaired by the Governor.
  3. Cultivate an integrated communications approach to position CBUAE among top central banks in digitalization, sup-tech, and reg-tech innovation.
  4. Design and implement innovative methodologies and digital tools to support internal communications, fostering a positive employer brand.
  5. Create targeted creative and digital campaigns to promote critical milestones of strategic projects impacting the UAE's reputation.
  6. Bulldoze a robust brand ambassador culture through employee happiness and well-being initiatives.
  7. Establish and maintain the Central Bank of the UAE Brand Identity strategy, assets, and guidelines.
  8. Strategize the Corporate Brand identity and editorial for existing and newly established brands.
  9. Formulate recommendations to support senior management in crisis and brand reputation management.
  10. Drive awareness about CBUAE services via all digital channels to build and engage consumers.
  11. Position the CBUAE brand internally at external events to ensure well-rounded representation.
  12. Identify innovative communication tools to increase employee and external engagement.
  13. Bulwark a cohesive and consistent quality content assurance system through an editorial board.
  14. Enhance the brand through all communications and channels, maximizing reputation, awareness, and reach.
  15. Utilize strong analytical capabilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  16. Oversee the design and creation of an intuitive mobile app to enable seamless user interface and access to services.
  17. Manage the translation desk to ensure accurate translations are on time.
  18. Respond to crises quickly and professionally to alleviate reputational incidents.
  19. Provide visual content to Social Media Management for consistent public presentation.
  20. Collaborate with senior management and leadership to plan and deliver communications.
  21. Lead the team in providing robust communications processes and content for the benefit of CBUAE.
  22. Offer advice and guidance in communications to key stakeholders.
  23. Foster a fair and positive work environment and promote a healthy culture.
  24. Pursue international recognition for CBUAE as a progressive and protective institute by adopting market-leading practices.
  25. Organize state-of-the-art corporate events to raise awareness and the reputation of CBUAE.
  26. Manage all aspects of CBUAE corporate events from inception to delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Ideal candidates hold relevant professional certifications and memberships.
  3. Preferably 10-12 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations, ideally in the Banking industry with a minimum of 5 years in the Middle East region.
  4. Advanced verbal, written, copy editing, and proofreading skills.
  5. Knowledge of media relations principles.
  6. A strategic mindset, analytical skills, and good judgment.
  7. A pragmatic approach to crisis communications.
  8. Creative flair for content writing.
  9. Experience with international and local legislative standards.
  10. Excellent communication skills and command of both Arabic and English languages.
  11. A growth mindset with a desire for continuous learning.
  12. Up-to-date knowledge of digital communication trends.
