  4. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  8. Proficient in relevant software tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate should be ready to relocate to a new location.
