Lobo Management is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Planner to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the distribution of inventory to different regions, ensuring smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure timely import and export of products to various regions, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the transportation and delivery of products, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Liaise with transportation providers, suppliers, and other logistics partners to negotiate contracts and ensure the best rates and services.
- Prepare and manage all necessary shipping, import, and export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and packing lists.
- Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Stay up to date with international shipping regulations and ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning or a similar role, preferably in the perfume/cosmetics or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Knowledge of DG management is a plus.
- Proficient in logistics software and MSO.
