Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage project scope, time, cost, quality, communications, resources, and risk.
  • Team Management: Formulate and motivate project teams, participate in project kick-off meetings, and establish work procedures and schedules.
  • Client Management: Coordinate with client project managers, set up project information systems, and communicate project progress to senior management and clients.

Main Deliverables:

  • Established project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Proactive identification and mitigation of risks and opportunities.
  • Maintained high-quality relationships with clients and team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical).
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Proven project management skills, commercial acumen, change control process management, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
