Cluster Sales Manager Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of sales professionals in driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the Cluster Director of Sales in executing sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed forecasted figures in Rooms and Food & Beverage and all hotels related revenue streams.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.
  • To strive to become the most professional Sales & Marketing department in Dubai and throughout Accor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales management capacity within the hospitality industry or related tourism field.
  • Excellent communications skills - interpersonal, written and public/media relations.
  • A proven record of results-oriented leadership and team development.
