About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Operations Manager to join our team at Star Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that all aspects of service meet high standards.
- Manage the smooth flow of drink orders, prioritizing high-demand times and coordinating with servers and kitchen staff.
- Lead and supervise bartenders and bar staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.
Customer Service and Engagement
The ideal candidate will ensure all guests are satisfied with their service, engaging with customers to create a positive and memorable experience.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall bar experience.
Inventory and Stock Management
The successful candidate will monitor bar stock levels and order supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
- Ensure that alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware are well-stocked and organized.
- Implement systems for tracking inventory usage to minimize waste and optimize cost management.
Creativity and Innovation
We are looking for someone who can develop new drink specials, seasonal menus, or cocktail lists that attract guests and keep the bar offering fresh and exciting.
- Update the menu regularly based on trends, customer preferences, and seasonal availability.
Leadership Skills
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, supervising large diverse teams, and can work under pressure.
- Build an excellent rapport with your team and our guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Captain or Supervisor role.
- Proven track record of working within a celebrity branded or brand partner restaurant.
- Experience in food & beverage, food & beverage service, and food service.

As a brand ambassador for Carbone and Atlantis Dubai, you will promote new drinks, special events, or themed nights to attract customers and increase sales.
