Job Title: Manager Projects Offshore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Offshore Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of offshore projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, forming project teams, and ensuring that offshore project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scopes, objectives, budget, and outcomes.
  • Lead the implementation of risk mitigation initiatives and support the formulation of Offshore Logistics project risk policies and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee and provide operational support to all offshore projects requiring approval for utilization of marine units and movements within company-controlled areas.
  • Evaluate project feasibility against Offshore Logistics capabilities and resources and monitor project costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading offshore projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
