We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Global Transaction Banking (GTB) finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and performance analysis, with experience in corporate & investment banking products.
Key Responsibilities:- Support GTB Business Finance in implementing a strong financial governance framework across the UAE and International locations encompassing performance reviews, budgeting process, financial control, regulatory, and internal audit matters, country strategy, and internal/external communication.
- Act as a trusted advisor on business performance and main point of contact for responding to specific business requirements.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis for Global Transaction Banking (GTB), offering value-added insight and support to the business in achieving their targets.
- Contribute fully to transforming FAB Finance through engagement in various transformation initiatives.
Effective leadership and management skills are essential for this role, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
