Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Oversee the entire project life cycle, from design through to execution, ensuring that all engineering services are delivered to the highest professional standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Team Development: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring seamless coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and subconsultants.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs and managing expectations.
  • Quality Control: Implement the Quality Management System (QMS) across all stages of the project and identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Architecture with 10-15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years working in the UAE/KSA region.
  2. Proven track record of full life cycle project delivery in recognised PMC or Design Consultancy companies.
  3. Strong stakeholder liaison and management capabilities including clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
