Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management, with strong people-oriented and results-driven approach. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable experience in human resources metrics, including reporting and analysis. Additionally, they will have knowledge of HR systems, preferably SAP, and ability to effectively manage and maintain these systems.
