We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director - Africa Region to join our team at TP Global Marketing Services FZ-LLC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Your primary focus will be on defining and creating marketing plans that align with our company's overall objectives. You will work closely with the business development team to identify regional needs and develop tailored marketing strategies to address them.

You will manage the local marketing team, providing guidance and support to execute marketing strategies effectively. This includes setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing demand, lead-generation, and brand awareness marketing plans. You will evaluate the success of these campaigns against predefined KPIs to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics, metrics, and digital marketing skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing trends in the Africa market will be an added advantage.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English (both oral and written) and French (would be an advantage).
