Requirements
  • Experience in Production Planning and Scheduling: A minimum of 3 years' experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • ERP System Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems, and the ability to leverage this technology to enhance production planning and scheduling.
  • Manpower Scheduling and Material Planning: Proven ability to effectively manage manpower scheduling and material planning, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex production data and make informed decisions, as well as exceptional communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions, and a willingness to adapt to changing production needs.
