Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop staffing plans
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a talent pipeline

Requirements:
