Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Newborn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide compassionate care to mothers and babies during the postpartum period.
Main Responsibilities
The Newborn Care Specialist will be responsible for assessing the condition of the mother and baby immediately after birth, providing care and education to the mother and her family, and monitoring the mother and baby for any complications during the postpartum period.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery or a graduate degree in Nursing. Additionally, the candidate should have clinical experience in Obstetrics, Pediatrics, and Newborn Care.
