Job Summary

We are seeking a highly responsible and reliable Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting facilities and equipment, reviewing job orders, and scheduling repairs and maintenance.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and replacing worn-out parts.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as electrical outages or equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure all work is done in accordance with safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in electrical maintenance and repair is an asset.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as a part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Enthusiastic and dependable.
  • Active listening.
  • A self-starter, take initiative, can make decisions in fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset.
  • Customer service.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
