Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering Business Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for enhancements, customizations, and technical requirement documents.
  • Preparing Estimates and Project Schedules: Develop estimates based on custom requirements and prepare project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Building Custom Solutions: Design, develop, and implement custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using the Fusion Technology Stack.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with functional consultants to understand and review the feasibility of business requirements, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
  • 4 years of experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, HCM Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publishers, Application security, Infolets, and other HR dashboards.
  • Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience covering business requirements, solution design, configuration, end-user testing across business applications for large complex organizations.
  • Compensation Management knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including report writing and presentation skills.
