Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant. The successful candidate will support all Housekeeping teams with guest requests, analyze each request, and delegate between team members to ensure efficient and timely work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping as identified by hotel brand standards.
  • Monitor appearance standards and performance of all Housekeeping Team Members, emphasizing training and teamwork.
  • Provide excellent guest service, ensuring preferences and requests are met on time.
  • Manage controls of the Housekeeping department, including frequency of employee master key release, book incident input and output, uniform and linen management.
Requirements:
  • Maintain planning and organizing attitude, behaviors, skills, and values.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Laundry required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency at intermediate level with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
