Overview of the Role

A financial professional with experience in overseeing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, as well as excellent analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.

We are looking for an experienced accountant or bookkeeper who can manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, prepare and analyze financial statements, and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Follow up with banks for LC, release of DP documents, and coordination for day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Handle accurate VAT calculations and timely submission of VAT returns.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to optimize financial performance.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and addressing any inquiries.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, providing financial projections based on historical data and market trends.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
